Full coordination
Planning, management and coordination of the whole event, also remotely if you live outside Cuba. On the day we are by your side from start to finish, with timings and suppliers under control.
Styling and decoration
We design the space with fresh or artificial flowers, in a boho, classic or themed style: ceremony arch, tables, centrepieces and every detail of the setting.
On the day
Officiant, photography and video, live music, DJ and lighting, hair and make-up, wedding cake, a car for the couple, furniture and a generator: we book it and coordinate it.

From the first conversation to the big day
- First consultation. You tell us your idea, the approximate date and how many you will be. The first consultation is free.
- Idea and budget. Together we define the style of the wedding and a budget you are comfortable with.
- Proposal. We send you a tailored proposal with everything it includes.
- Venues and suppliers. We choose the venue and book trusted suppliers.
- Event coordination. On the day we coordinate timings and suppliers so you can simply enjoy it.

How much does a wedding in Cuba cost?
It depends on the size and how personalised it is: from an intimate ceremony to a large wedding with full production. Tell us your idea and we will prepare a tailored proposal, with no obligation.

How far in advance should we start planning?
Ideally at least six months ahead, to secure the date, the paperwork and every detail.
Can you organise it if we live outside Cuba?
Yes. We offer remote coordination: we keep you posted on every decision and we are on the ground for you.
How do we arrange a legal wedding if we are foreigners?
We guide you through the paperwork so the wedding is valid internationally, even if you are both foreigners. You normally need birth certificates, valid passports and certificates of single status.
Can we personalise the whole wedding?
Of course. We design weddings to measure: the venue, the style, the music, the menu and the decor. Every wedding is unique.
Do you include photography and video?
Yes, we work with photographers and videographers experienced in Cuban weddings, so you take home a professional record of the day.
What if we have to change the date because of force majeure?
We look for a new date without penalty whenever possible, with full flexibility.
